2004 BMW 3-Series 330i Description

my father purchased this car in '08, the 2nd owner. It has never been in a major accident, low miles from local driving, and regular service from same BMW trained mechanic w/factory diagonstic computer. The airbag recall was preformed in Sept @ Hendrick BMW in Charlotte, NC and provided a service report Im happy to forward prior to bidding to any interested buyers.
This model is with optional proformance package ($3900 sticker upcharge in '04) that was a hybrid of classy design & souped up sports car. It features low profile 18" wheels & 40" tires. It's a horrible ride but does hug the road and has amazing "GO" and a nice roar.
Car is sold with out warrenty of any kind, the service report and following notes of known issues is to best of my knoweledge and seller bears no liability for unknown issues or any not pictured or listed. Body has serface scratches and knicks all over.The front bumper area below headlights and the fog lights are dented and bent from hitting curbs & parking dividers due to low profile.Wheels need alignment, tires replaced last year 6-12 mos max life left.Oil leak was detected on service report but does not use oil excessively2 warning lights are on intermittely for issues addressed. One is air bag light & other is coolant, resivor was replaced a few mos ago, prior to air bag. Neither light could be easily reset by BMW.
