2012 BMW 5-Series 528i xDrive AWD 4dr Sedan Description

Listing is for a used 2012 BMW 528xi. It is in very good condition with no visible scratches or dents or rust. It never had an accident and comes with a clean title. Until recently, this car had 100,000 miles warranty and free BMW maintenance plan and it was well maintained. The car currently has highly rated tires (Michelin Premier A/S) which were installed in July. It comes with 60,000 mile warranty and Road hazard warranty. I also have highly rated dedicated winter tires (Michelin X-Ice Xi3) which I used only for 3 months. It also has road hazard warranty. If the winning bidder pays $390 extra than the winning price, I will include the winter tires (I paid double to buy them).

This is a 2 owner car (I am the 2nd owner) but Autocheck incorrectly says 3 owners.

Please consider the following when bidding

- The car doesn’t have any warranty and is being sold as-is. This is a private party sale and I have the title in hand. There is no paperwork needed from my side other than signing over the title to you with the purchase price listed on the back of the purchase record form. You have to take it to your DMV and register the car (you will also have to pay the sales tax at the DMV at that time). The process is so simple and I don't charge any fees which the dealers charge in addition to the winning price.

- Please bid if you have 10 or more positive eBay feedbacks. If you are a long distance buyer, you can rent a 1 way car from Enterprise for about $100 (be sure to only select Airport to get this price) and I can deliver the car at the airport. You can inspect / test drive the car at that time. If there are any misrepresentations on the listing vs the condition of the actual car, you can deny to purchase the car at that time. You are also welcome to appoint a 3rd party inspection service to inspect the car before you pick it up. There are links here inserted by eBay that you can use to inspect the car

- I know the pictures are not the best since I took while snowing. I wanted to list before thanksgiving holidays but I will take another set of pictures taken on a good day and will upload here at the bottom of this listing.

- If you rely on financing, please consider the mileage since some banks don’t finance mileage over 100,000.

- $1000 deposit is due within 24 hours of winning the bid and for the balance I can only accept certified cashier’s check. Please note that the name on your driver's license and the address will be listed on the back of the title.

-I travel between Columbus, OH and Rochester, NY soI can keep this car available for you to pick up from either cities. Please let me know ASAP where you want to pick up the car from after winning the bid. If Columbus, OH (airport code CMH) is closer to you then the pickup days there are Tuesdays - Thursdays before 5pm. If you want to pickup from Rochester, NY (airport code ROC) then the pickup days are Fridays-Mondays before 5pm.

- Since I still use this car until sold, I will keep updating the mileage at the bottom of the listing.

- When the car is picked up, I will remove my license plate. So please make sure you transfer and bring your own plate or apply for a temporary plate. It usually costs $10 and valid for 30 days
