2002 BMW 3-Series 325i Description

BMW for sale - Selling because kids are not coming home from college and I don't want the car to sit in the garage.
I purchased the car from a Chicago dealer with 116,745 miles in July, 2015.
I researched the car and did the following work because of the mileage (all work done around 117,000 to 125,000 miles)
1. Oil and filter change - Mobil1 0W-40. (117,000 and 126,000)
2. Coolant flush.
3. Replaced spark plugs with OEM (NKG).
4. Replaced camshaft position sensors.
5. Replaced Oxygen sensors.
6. Replaced Fuel Filter.
7. Replaced Vanos Unit (with refurbished part from OEMBIMMERPARTS LLC).
8. Replaced Alternator and Serpentine Belts.
9. New Michelin tires (124,205 miles).
10. Replaced water pump and thermostat.
Known problems with the car.
1. Drivers window is off track (does not power up or down - It is in the UP position).
2. The passenger side power seat does not go forward or backward (is positioned fine and goes up and down).
No other known problems.
Car runs great!!
UPDATE: I took the car to my mechanic yesterday to make sure everything was ok. They did a pressure test on the heating and cooling system and inspected all belts and hoses. They replaced several worn belts and hoses and said the entire system looked fine for the age of the car. They said there are no leaks in the system.
I have several more thousand dollars in this car than I have it listed. Real good deal for somebody. If it doesn't sell I will keep it and not list it again.
