DESCRIPTION&CONDITION:
2 Owner BMW with the first owner having been the General Manager of Flow BMW locally. He of course always had it serviced at Flow and had many parts replaced because his price is so much lower. I used to sell BMW's, and I've had many before this one. I also have kept this BMW serviced before the recommended intervals. It has 179,000 miles on it. Runs great. It has very minimal cosmetic signs of wear. One small dent by the driver side door handle, and some paint flaking on the driver side rear bumper. Absolutely no rust and no leaks. Non smoker car. We don't want to sell this, but we have to because it's too small for our family as a family car. It's fun and is a great car.
Good:
It has a new battery, new tires and alignment 600 miles ago, new front suspension components 4500 miles ago, new rear control arms that are adjustable for camber, and all new polyurethane bushings. New tinted windows, new 5 series wheels that have been remanufactured (16" OEM size wheels), new brakes pads front and back 600 miles ago, new rear rotors, new oil change 100 miles ago, after factory BMW style halo eyes headlights, new front and rear white light Euro style housing, after factory stereo head unit.
Needs:
New condenser (RadiatorPlaza OEM $65.95 on eBay - Item Number:172283745117)AC Cooling fan and shroud (AM Autoparts OEM $95.97 on eBay - Item Number:131408441451)
This calls for 2 hours of work at a reputable garage.
If I purchase this and install the parts, I will increase the price of the car $250 to split the cost and labor with you. These parts are required for the AC to work and blow cold air.
