2002 BMW M3 Description

I'm looking to sell my 2002 Phoenix Yellow (Phoenix Gelb) E46 M3 (SMG Flavor). I have put a ton of money into this car by way of maintenance, mainly preventative and upkeep. The car currently has 108,XXX on it, and I really only drive it on weekends. I've kept an extensive parts and maintenance receipt list and yes, I have the paperwork. Also comes with a second set of matte black wheels for free. It does not have the Nappa leather, it's the Dakota leather (raised bumps, not smooth).

Now the big one. I had the rear end repaired and reinforced because of the dreaded "Subframe failure". Lets just say, the rear end will not be failing again. It's solid. The rear end was repaired and reinforced by Piper Motorsports in Leesburg, VA. If you're familiar with BMW's or even German cars, you might know that they're the company that built the first E30 M3 with a E60 V10 from an M5. There's a spread in BMW magazine about it. These guys are absolute pros, and build rally/track cars for a living.
The repair/reinforcement including the recall kit reinforcement came out to be $4,128.92, and yes I have the paperwork and picture to go along with it if requested.
All work was either done by Beamer Auto in MD (The majority of the work), Piper Motorsports in VA, or Fairfield Imports in FL.
The car is in great shape, and I've taken very good care of it. Of course it has minor cosmetic blemishes and is not in perfect condition...it's 14 years old. Mechanically, this car is 9/10. Cosmetically this car is easily a 7-8/10.
