2008 BMW 135i Gorgeous paint! Clean Carfax! 6 speed Man! DINAN STAGE 2
2008 BMW 1-Series Description
I have a 2008 BMW 135I for sale. It's the relatively rare Alpine white with a black leather interior. It has 106,700 miles on it at the time of this posting. It has the cold weather package which includes heated seats, locks, mirrors, and headlight washers. It has two sets of BMW mats, summers, and rubber mats for winter. I have two sets of wheels for it. The OEM Style 287 18" BMW staggered summer setup with Michelin Pilot Super Sports is in the car currently with about two thousand miles on them and operating TPMS sensors, and an 18" square setup for winter. The front brake pads are at about 70% life and the rears are at about 30%. The rotors are all good and are not warped.
The six speed manual transmission shifts flawlessly and the clutch grabs beautifully with zero issues or slippage. These cars are pretty hard to find with the manual transmission, which I'm sure you are aware.
The car has a CLEAN CARFAX WITH ZERO ACCIDENTS! I have a copy of this that I can share with the buyer.
The car has zero notable body dings In any of the metal panels. I have a good friend that owns a paintless dent removal company, and he spent the better part of an afternoon cleaning up any dings that the car had on it from before my purchase. It shows beautifully now, and the white really helps to show off the contours of the wheel arches.
The car does have a couple small scuffs on the rear bumper from normal driving. I included a couple of photos of the two spots on the car. Both are on the plastic bumper on the drivers side. Nothing too bad, or offensive to the eye. I have purchased the ever famous front tow hook cover since it must have fallen off in a car wash prior to my purchase. I will give the new cover to the buyer. I have also installed a tow hook mounted front license plate. This really looks nice, and I will include it in the sale of the car.
The car also has the updated BMW LED rear taillights that were done on a recall from BMW. These are quite nice looking, and do add to the overall appearance of the car.
Much recent maintenance includes:
-Engine oil filter housing gasket
-Engine valve cover gasket
-Oil cooler seal at filter housing
-Updated Intake cam VANOS unit
-Oil filter housing cover
-Decarbon Intake Valves thru "BMW walnut shell blasting" (photo included... I actually have a before photo as well if anyone is interested) -- EVERY N54 ENGINE NEEDS THIS!!!-Updated DME to the newest BMW flash
-DINAN Stage 2 engine software upgrade
These repairs totaled $2,833.11 and the receipt is included
As mentioned above, one of the best things to note about this car is that it has DINAN Stage 2 DME upgrade! I'm a working professional, father of two and this was important to me... so an aftermarket "cheap tune" was not acceptable. As you may know, the DINAN flash comes with a 2-year warranty and goes with the VIN of the car.
I have included a couple photos of the Carfax report, the upgraded BMW wheel cost (without tires) one of the intake valve ports after the carbon cleaning, the receipt for the recent work done, and the car with the winter wheels on it.
Overall, this is a very nice car at a very fair price.
