This vehicle has been meticulously taken care of. I bought this car from Carmax with Carmax Warranty. In my humble opinion, Carmax warranty is simply the best warranty you can buy for a used car. They cover all mechanical and electrical equipment except for wear and tear. Hence, any minor issue that rose-up was immediately taken care of by the BMW dealership.

It is in excellent condition with all available Options (except rear entertainment).

Some of the convenience options that set this vehicle apart are:

Adaptive Cruise Control-This is similar to Tesla’s Autopilot feature where the vehicle maintains its distance from the vehicles ahead; thereby regulating the speed of the vehicle with the cruising traffic.This can also be used in stop and go traffic, thereby removing the biggest frustration of traffic jams.I have used it a lot and completely relied on it for my commute.

Lane keep warning – This feature, when activated, provides vibration feedback on the steering wheel when the vehicle drifts from the lane markings!!! YES!! The vehicle’s cameras & computer systems are advanced enough to recognize road lane markings and then alert you when you are drifting off the lane.Please Note: It will not turn the steering or take the corrective action for you.

Night Vision Camera – This feature uses the front mounted infrared camera to project live video of the front in infrared video on center console.You can find the video of this on youtube.This will allow you to see your travel path better and avoid rain deer on dark road.The vehicle also has front collision warning.

Front Collision Warning – If the system detects that your vehicle is continuing at the same speed while the vehicle ahead of you has stopped or significantly reduced speed enough to endanger a collision, it will warn you with beep, dash warning as well as warning on its heads-up display.Admitting my wrong-doing:This has in fact saved me a number of times from front-end collision when I was distracted by my phone or something else and there was no way I would have applied brakes at the appropriate moment, had I not been warned by the system.I will never buy a car without a collision warning system.

Heads-up Display – IF ACTIVATED, The heads up display projects a colored image of your speed on the windshield while driving, so that you can keep your eyes on the road.It also displays front collision warning.But the best part it is that it also displays the navigation next steps right on the windshield.

Navigation System – The vehicle is equipped with state of the art navigation system with LIVE TRAFFIC UPDATES.

Heated Steering Wheel and Heated AND COOLED Front Seats (The rear seats are heated but not cooled).

Driver Seat Massager - Passenger seat does not come with massager in ANY '09 7-series.

Push Button / Power Rear Passenger door window sunshades as well as retractable rear window sunshade.

Active Blind spot monitoring – Actively monitors the blind spots on both the sides and alerts the driver when there is vehicle in his/her blind spot by YELLOW triangle light on both the side mirrors.

Side view cameras – There are two cameras near the front bumper on the driver and passenger side.I have found two uses of those cameras.First, when coming out of an alley or a drive way, when I am blindsided or I am unable to see the crossing traffic to ensure a safe a entry into the main road, I can turn those cameras on to have a clear view of the traffic on the main road on my dashboard.Second, when parking at a regular parking stall, and I am unsure of how much clearance there is before my bumper touches the sidewalk or those wheel stoppers.Ever had the feeling where you went a foot further than you were supposed to and now your front bumper is pressed over the sidewalk?You know that when you will reverse your car, the bottom of your front bumper will rub against the concrete.Well, these two set of cameras with their immaculate guiding lines will tell you where the front of your car is so that you can avoid those costly mistakes.

IF YOU ARE STILL READING THIS, you are probably very interested in the car.Here is the cherry to top it all off: I was able to get the factory unlock for “Video-in-motion”.What that means is, even though the car comes equipped with a DVD player;the video is only displayed when the vehicle is in ‘PARK’.So, when in commute or during long road trip, watching a video while the car is driving is NEVER allowed (in ANY car made for US).Since this vehicle was made in a German Factory, the option to unlock video-in-motion was programmable. Of course, I do not recommend anyone to watch Video while driving, but provided that the driver can resist looking at the beautiful huge center console screen, the passengers of this man-made miracle can enjoy the comfortable ride as well as keep themselves busy.

Unfortunately, I only have ONE key for the vehicle.

I have extensively researched the 7 series available for SALE! NONE OF THE OTHER 2009 7 Series available for sale online have all of the options above! PERIOD!

Vehicle Condition and Warranty:

I am unaware of any outstanding issues with the car. The vehicle was recently extensively serviced at the BMW dealership. Vehicle was purchased from CARMAX with a bumper to bumper Carmax Warranty that expires at 75,000 miles. That means, if you find any electrical or mechanical or any other kind of non-wear and tear related issue within the next 1,000 miles, you can take it to carmax service center for $0 deductible repairs OR to BMW dealership for $50 deductible.
