We are pleased to offer an optional low-cost warranty to our eBay customers. For an additional $180, you can get a 90 day, 3,000 mile powertrain warranty through ASC, a nationally recognized company.

Exterior features include 17" alloy wheels and fog lamps. The exterior is in very, very good shape. The paint shines all around, and there are no notable dents or dings.

Every diamond has a flaw: the only noteworthy issue we found is a scuff and some small chips on the right side of the front bumper.

The convertible top is also excellent. The color is "Anthracite" - kind of a charcoal color with a woven look.

The interior is in excellent condition. No holes or tears on the Boston Leather seats and the dash, door panels and carpets are all nice.

Both front seats have power controls. The driver's seat has memory settings.

The rear seat is also excellent.

This BMW comes with power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry / pushbutton start; auto dual-zone climate control; tilt wheel;cruise control; auto headlamps, and more.

The wood trim looks fantastic.

The automatic transmission also has a sequential manual shift mode.

The radio display shows audio system and Bluetooth settings, as well as a trip computer

The trunk is clean and very roomy

The 3.0 liter I6 runs great. It manages to combine good power with good fuel economy, rated at 230 hp and 200 lb-ft of torque and 18/28 mpg

The wheels are all nice.

This car has 52,634 actual miles on it. It could be driven, so mileage might be a little higher by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS .

If you are having an inspection performed, it must be done prior to the end of the auction. We will be happy to make the vehicle available for inspection before the auction is over, but post-auction inspections are not allowed.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, this can take up to 30 days.

We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions

Payment and Fees

We will add a $795 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
