2004 BMW M3 Description

I am listing for sale my 2004 Dinan Silvergrey on Black Coupe with 94xxx miles. This car has been owned by responsible adults, and came special ordered from BMW. It spent most of its life in Georgia where it was purchased new, before making it’s way to South Carolina and then me. The previous owner purchased the vehicle from United BMW of Roswell a few years ago, where it had just come out of its CPO warranty period.

The car itself received care from dealerships in Georgia and was carefully looked after. It has no evidence of paintwork or accidents, and the Carfax is clean. The Carfax does show me as the 6th owner, however I believe this is due to the car changing hands within the same family in Georgia as the continued going to the same dealer in the same city, Alpharetta. I have records from the work that was done at the dealerships, and upon receiving the car, I had my master BMW and Porsche mechanic look it over with an intense post ppi. Below are the items I have addressed and items that have been recently addressed on the car. In addition, I have maintenance records throughout the cars history as a CPO Platinum vehicle and a complete Carfax. This is a TURN KEY m3 that runs phenomenally. Tires

Fresh Continental DW Tires in OE Sizes, purchased from Discount Tire and installed by my mechanic with RoadForce Balancing and Hunter Alignment Equipment

Brakes

OEM Pads and Rotors completed by dealership with 80-90% left all around, no air in the system and work flawlessly

Bushings

Subframe bushings replaced with OEM rubber, Subframe was inspected thoroughly and shows no cracks

FCAB’s replaced with OEM rubber

Tranny Bushings Replaced with OEM rubber

RTABS replaced with Rogue Engineering Street Compound less than 500 miles ago

Cooling System

Fresh Cooling hoses and Coolant flush, absolutely no history of overheating

Radiator and Water Pump show no signs of out of the ordinary wear or leaks

Engine

Fresh NGK R spark plugs with less than 100 miles on them, I did this as preventative for the

next owner

Vanos Sealing Plate

Oil change within last 3k miles with Castrol 10w60

Freshly cleaned and Oiled filter on the Dinan Intake

Recently replaced MAF Sensor with Bosch Unit

Fresh Hydraulic Tensioner and Idler Pulleys

Valves are quiet and an adjustment was not recommended

Fuel Filter recently replaced and Injectors are quiet, I average over 25 mpg combined with this car, often getting 30mpg or more on the highway.

Transmission

SMG Spring replaced by dealer as well as adaptations reset and clutch checked for wear, I have had zero issues with the SMG in this car as is the case with the previous owner

Differential Service completed with all new seals and BMW Fluid less than 200 miles ago, the diff is quiet and feels phenomenal

Interior

Black interior in very nice shape, trim on steering wheel has been replaced recently

Brushed Aluminum Trim shows very well

Center Console delete installed less than 500 miles ago, I can replaced this with the armrest console if desired

Modifications

Dinan Section 3 in excellent shape, no scrapes or dents, sounds subtle yet more aggressive than stock

Dinan Intake again in great shape, filter recently refreshed and runs without any idle issues

Dinan Stage 3 software, no idle issues and car feels noticeably more peppy than the stock e46’s I have had before it, not as fast as my more heavily modded car tuned by Frank, but I have no complaints about this tune.

The car also has the DInan door jam sticker and was badged at one time, I believe the badge was kept or taken as there was residue where it had been taken off. I spoke with Dinan and they can get another badge for the next owner if this is desired. The fact that the car has the sticker and was badged, alongside the platinum CPO history, gives me reason to believe it may have been a dealer modded Dinan vehicle.
