2001 BMW 5-Series Description

This car was a project that I don't have time for.
Working heated leather seats, power windows, power sunroof, powered seats, powered adjusting steering wheel. All of the speakers work. Everything electronic on this car works. There are a few minor cosmetic problems.
Issues: The rear tailgate is the only rusty panel on the car. It needs a driver side door handle on the inside of the door and it needs the latch that opens the hood (can be opened with pliers).
The engine overheated - I believed the head is either warped or cracked. It is not currently running.
