2009 BMW 3-Series Base Convertible 2-Door Description

Let me start off with a few comments--THIS IS NOT A SALVAGE TITLE VEHICLE. Check the vehicle history report. Second, your offer of $1000-1500 under my asking price is going to be denied. There's not much wiggle room in this price when you're getting a car for a steal.

I am selling my mint condition 335i convertible so I can purchase a different vehicle. It has zero mechanical issues. All issues were fixed when I bought the vehicle from Autonation about 1 year ago. The car is mostly mint, with some minor rock chips and the usual few interior pieces peeling, typical of this vehicle and easily fixed or replaced, but not even really noticeable. To be honest, this is the cleanest 2009 335i I have ever seen and it took me 4 months to find it. The car has an aftermarket intercooler, downpipes, charge pipe and BOV, You can tune it with MHD on your smart phone, and in this trim it should make approximately 430-440rwhp on a mixture of E85 fuel and 93 octane. On straight pump 93 octane cars in this trim make about 380rwhp or about 450 at the motor.
This vehicle is meticulously maintained, has never even been driven in the rain since I've had it. Always detailed and polished. All records kept. The engine bay looks BRAND NEW. Always changed oil every 2500 miles with full synthetic.
I really don't want to sell this car but I want a different vehicle at this time.
Here's what's been done to the vehicle.
-Brand new factory replica 18" wheels installed with Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires 9 months old. NO curb rash at all on wheels.-VRSF 7" Stepped intercooler-VRSF Downpipes (stock catalysts are available for reinstall if you have emissions in your state.)-MHD Tune (probably can transfer it, would have to talk to the app creator.)-Alpina Transmission Flash (Faster/firmer/Sportier Shifts when in Sport mode, better gas mileage when not in sport mode)
FYI, in the pic inside the garage the hood is open for the trickle charger. Nothing wrong with the way the hood closes, I keep the battery charged at all times.
I'm not going any lower..I've dropped the price enough that someone is getting a great car for nothing.
Don't waste yours and my time by sending offers of 11 to 12k. Go find a salvage title 335i, this is not the car for you.
