Up for sale Gorgeous 2014 BMW X3 X-drive 3.5i. The owner of this BMW was driving down the street and found himself in a foot and a half of water. Wisely he stopped were he was and didn't try driving on through! Water came in on the driveside floor boards when he opened the door to get out. In the photo below you can see that the water level was up aprox 3in on the driver side door.

We bought this BMW straight from the Insurance Company right after this happened. When we got it into our shop we found minor water intrusion on the driver side floor pan. We removed all the seats and carpets for a through cleaning. After the carpets dried we treated them with Ultra Sheilds mildew buster to rid the carpets of any smell. Before reinstalling them we bleached the floor pan, sprayed out the seat connectors and replaced the gas pedal. We are very pleased with the repairs and we're selling this Luxury SUV with a 60 day unlimited warranty. After a full service the X3 druns & drives smoothly, has no check engine lights on and has passed PA's Enhanced Safety Inspection. Sold with a PA Rebuilt title thats ready to register and drive!
