2000 BMW M Roadster & Coupe Description

Owned this car for nearly 12 years now, very fun. I drove a friends 2.5l Z3 a couple months back, and there was no...no comparison. It was originally gray and Iboughtit out ofCalifornia in 2005with salvage title based onrear-end.It rides on rails and has great braking and acceleration. The paint and body work were done back in 2006, it has citrus green metallic paint, a fiberglass hood w/ vents, Hamman side flippers, a shaved antenna.I took it to tuners shows, won a fewand kept on adding go faster bits, than I started to do SOLO SCCA events. The convertible top was removed and replaced the leather boot. I drive mostly with the hard top on. I have a carbon fiber wing I run on it sometimes and a chin spoiler that I haven't had on in quite some time, it is low with that on. One of the most serious and necessary improvements if you know about these cars has been done. It has a Randy Forbes rear sub-frame re-enforcement and a 2 ear Rogue differential (installed by Randy himself). He went throughwith great detail documented below, replaced sub-frame, adding urethanebushings, weld re-enforced the metalaround thediff. It has Strong Strut braces front, rear and longitudinal. H&R springs and Blistein shocks, drilled slotted rotors, SS brake lines and anti-sway bars, rear camber plates, urethane bushings. It has Dinan cold air intake, Shark ECU tune, Cat-back exhaust, engine fan mod and under-drive pulleys. The stock seats are gone with about 200 lbs. removed, with MOMO buckets and MOMO steering wheel, shifter and pedals. Chrome roll-hoops and a leather boot for when I take the top off. After market Sternstaggered 18" rims. There is one ding on the trunk and some road rash on the ground effects. The hood vents paint has some heat fatigue.I still have the convertible top, it will go with along with various parts and pieces that have been swapped or removed that I'm still holding onto.It is certain I am leaving a few things off. I haveloved thiscar.I have been battling whether to sell or not for a couple years, but I have 4 kids (minivan). I charge the battery as often as I drive it. I still geta great kick from driving it, but its time to let go. Priced to sell and to drive hard.
