2007 BMW X3 Description

This is a CLEAN car. No tears in heated leather seats! The brake light is on because I just had brakes put on all the way around and the mechanic didn't do the brake sensors right. Most of the time this car runs perfect. Every once in awhile the engine light comes on and the rpm's jump. I've had it diagnosed 3 times. They can't figure it out, but two of them think there's air somewhere because it didn't start until I had all the gaskets replaced 6 months ago. They think something maybe wasn't "bled" correctly. ??? I love this car, but I live in a small town now and no one here is willing to work on a German car. It also has a brand 2 week new battery. There is a scratch on passenger back door and a light scratch on back hatch door (see pics). Also, there is a small chip in windshield that can easily be sealed. Everything works. Loaded. Power everything. She lived her whole life until now in the garage. No rust! No tears! Inside looks new! Loaded! The miles are highway miles. I drive 2 hours each way for work.
