2001 BMW M Roadster & Coupe Description

NOTICE: I understand that when looking for a used car, everyone has questions. Please respect the fact that I'm busy, and if you're not serious about buying a used sports car, or haven't done research about S54 roadsters, please refrain fromfrivolousquestions. Having said that, i know this car inside and out, and can help serious buyers with anything they need.
I'm selling my M roadster after many years of ownership. Its a great car, originally from the USA. Its located in toronto but i'll deliver it to the border for free (and there's no duty to bring it back to the USA).
The car is in great shape. Its had a recent valve adjustment, regular oil changes (10w60 only), rear subframe fixed (preventatively, done at RMP motors in toronto), sagging glovebox (common on these cars) has been fixed. It has OEM BMW M3 ZCP 19 inch wheels with brand new michelin pilot supersport tires (235/265). It has a late model JVC KD-R810 stereo (bluetooth, aux, iphone etc) and a custom made JL 8v3 subwoofer in a sealed enclosure. It has an ultrasuede shift boot with an illuminated 5 speed BMW OEM shift knob. It has a 3.73 differential installed (with Redline synthetic) It drives perfectly with no issues. It had a whole new transmission installed by a BMW dealer 35k miles ago (havereceipts).Mileage will increase slightly as i'm still driving it. It comes with ALL the original accessories (tonneau cover for the soft top, the M mobility air pump system which came in the trunk, and both owners manuals.This car does not have any rod bearing issues, and has its oil tested with blackwater labs (report available). I did a compression test when i bought it and all cyl's were between 158-162 PSI.
I'm a BMW fanatic, this is my 5th bmw, i used this as my summer daily. I'd love to see it go to another BMW enthusiast. This is not a showcar, although it is in great shape. I had the hood repainted 2 years ago (rock chips). This car would be ideal for someone who wants a fast two seater for daily use. This car is much faster than my e46 m3 and incredibly cheap on maintenance & insurance. Should run low 13's although i've never tracked it. This is a used car so it does have a few dings and scratches, nothing unsightly. Can provide more pics.
