2004 BMW 3-Series Base Conertible 2-Door Description

This is a my nice, accident free, very low mileage, 2004 BMW Ci Convertible with Sport package and what I believe are M wheels. Everything works as it should, and I have just completed a Spring maintenance program to prepare it for a Summer of Fun. There were no major issues, however because of age it showed signs of drying gaskets and seals and minor oil leaks, so the engine oil pan, transmission pan and valve cover gaskets were replaced, along with the engine and cabin air filters, new tires and wheel alignment front and back. The lower rad hose, engine vanos oil line, front control arm bushings and rear accentric bolts were replaced along with a complete brake fluid and engine cooling fluid flush. As there was a manufacturers Airbag recall, that was done and a DME (computer) update also completed to bring the car up to date with the latest software. Over $3500 just put into the vehicle in the past week or so. It is ready to hit the road.
This car has never seen salt or winter conditions, originally from Texas and since moving to NC always garaged and parked for winter. Don't get sucked in and buy a vehicle from the snow belt that has been run in salt and hidden rust issues will appear in a year or so.
Currently 46,730 miles, but that will go up as the sun shines. Maintenance records, original owners manuals and factory service manual will come with the vehicle.
The only blemish is a paint rub on the right fender somehow done when the vehicle was delivered to me from Texas on an 18 wheeler.
I know most are going to think the asking price is high, however when you consider that every 10,000 miles is worth $1000, and having done all the preventive maintenance that save possible very expensive repairs down line, this is very good value.
