Up for sale is my 2008 BMW 128i with premium package. I originally leased this car new from the dealer and ended up buying it when the lease ended. As you can see from the list below, a great deal of work has been put into the car and it's a blast to drive. If the car could use any upgrades at this point, it would probably be an LSD, other than that it lacks nothing. Also, the car comes with a spare tire in the trunk as the mounted tires are not run-flats.
I have meticulously maintained the car ever since purchase. Services have been performed ahead of schedule to ensure the car's longevity. For example, oil changes have been performed at 7,500 instead of the factory recommended 15,000. Transmission and rear differential fluid have also been replaced since these "Lifetime" fluids do not provide adequate protection to 100,000 miles and cause parts to fail. If you look under major maintenance, you will see the coolant pump and thermostat were replaced. These were done as preventative maintenance at 72,000 miles, the original parts never failed.
The car has an Active Autowerke tune that requires premium fuel at all times. The Active Autowerke ECU programmer will be included. If you take this car to a BMW dealer (which you should never do) they will perform an ECU update that will wipe out the tune, so don't do it!
The car has paint issues. In addition to the few scratches on the front bumper, rear bumper, and driver front quarter panel, the passenger rear quarter-panel and door could use a repaint. The car is fine as is, but if you want the car to look immaculate, then either a repaint or a vinyl would be required. Also, the windshield has a crack at the top. I won't be replacing it until the next state inspection is required since it does not affect visibility at all.
Back in 2013, the car was rear ended at a slow speed. I had a trailer hitch installed at the time which I used as a bicycle carrier mount. the hitch absorbed the impact with no structural damage to the car. Only a rear bumper change was required.
The car is not my daily driver, but I do take it out when the weather is nice, so mileage will increase while the listing is active.
I'm in no rush to sell, unreasonable offers will not be entertained.
Over $7,000 spent in upgraded parts. This amount does not include labor of nearly $4,000.

I have a set of used DEPO projector headlights that I’ll include, they require TLC but are functional. Never got around to programming them, maybe you will
I will also include the stock 17" wheels that came with the car if you want. If the car is being transported to you, i'll have to fold the rear seats and place them inside. They're great for a winter setup
