2012 BMW Z4 sDrive28i Convertible 2-Door Description

Up for sale is a very beautiful 2012 BMW Z4 in Titan Silver and Kansas Black leather interior. I purchased this car end of the summer last year on a whim simply because I had never owned a convertible before and boy are they a lot of fun!The Silver exterior is in excellent condition with very minute imperfections - Nothing noticeable; I rate the exterior a 9.5/10. No dents, gouges, or anything of the sort. The black leather is in excellent condition, with no visible/obvious imperfections; I rate it a 8.5/10! The seats and interior do have wear and tear that would be expected for a car with 20,000 miles, but no tears or anything of the sort. Just some leather creasing but that is to be expected. The vehicle runs flawlessly and has no issues mechanically, whatsoever. No service lights, maintenance requests, etc. The next maintaince due on the car is at 27,500, or nearly 7000+ miles away and that's nothing but a simple oil change.The car is absolutely mechanically sound. Everything works perfectly. The vehicle sounds phenomenal, has plenty of power, shifts smoothly, and puts a smile on your face as any Z car should. The car is completely ready to get in and drive; no service lights, norany maintenance items (Oil change, tires, brakes) are needed. The car currently has a front tow hook in place, since I took off the front license plate bracket. The bracket is mounted via the front tow hook, both of which are included. If you are in a state that does not require a front license plate, you can either use the tow hook or the included tow hook cover on the front of the car, since the following will be included with the car:
-front license plate bracket-tow hook cover-tow hook

As far as the title goes, the car will come with a Rebuilt title.

The vehicle has never been in an accident, had body/paint work done, or anything of the sort. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title. The car drove 100% perfectly when I purchased it at auction, however I did have a BMW-authorized dealership check under the carpet for any water marks, and none were found. I also had them flush out all the fluids just as a precautionarymove.
I have driven this vehicle personally since August of 2016. I have put around 2,000 miles on it so far, and everything is as it should be in this car. I simply can't use this convertible in the winter so it was taken out only on weekends where we had nice weather so it hasn't seen snow or any incrementalweather.
