Drives beautifully, SMG (replaced). Has iDrive, emissions issues.

2004 BMW 5-Series Description

[Note I am still using the car and so the actual miles at sale may be a bit different].
Single owner (the vehicle history report shows 2 owners because the car was initially leased by my employer and I bought it when it came off lease). The car drives beautifully and is still my primary car though I am in the process of buying another vehicle. The car has SMG transmission. A brand new SMG transmission was installed by a BMW dealer around 2012 (ned to check exact date) when the old one failed. The infotainment system (iDrive) malfunctioned since May 2016 - basically, it will frequently not come on at all; at other times it comes on and everything works perfectly normally. The car has some emissions codes and failed the emissions test in May 2016. Has heads-up display. The car has a BMW-installed iPod integration that is in place of the original 6-CD changer. The car has summer run-flat tires. The rear tires and wheels are new as of April 2016. The front tires and wheels are from the last summer. Headlights refinished April 2016. There are small scratches in a few places but there is one big scratch near the drivers side rear wheel well. I have generally taken great care of the car (even though the interior pictures are a bit dirty - didn't have time to clean!)
