2000 BMW 7-Series WHITE (CREAM) WITH BLUE PIPING Description

2000 BMW 740IL 140,000 MILES BLUE WITH WHITE INTERIOR/BLUE PIPING. I have owned this BMW for over 10 years and have maintained it well. at 90k I put new heads and upper end on the car. In Dec I put $800.00 in new Toyo Extensa tires. Oct of 2016 I put new tie rods and new bushings in the front end and had it aligned. My wife loves this car but it now has a problem that many of you can fix for less that it would cost me. Three weeks ago at the house it started running ruff so I shut it down. It was towed to the mechanic and he checked the oil pan and found that the timing chain guides (which are made of plastic) had broken and slowing the oil flow. His cost to fix was over $2k and since we are getting a Tesla in a few months I have opted to just sell the car as is.
The car has a neat interior, cream seats with blue piping. I have only seen a couple with that option. The body style is classic and it has not been in any accidents while I have had it. It had a small accident according to the records in 2004. It has paint chips in the front from road rocks, the headliner in the back seat is starting to drop, the left rear door window is not working (but I have a new motor and track system that I was going to put in. At 120k I replaced rotors, radiator, rubber hoses, belts, battery. It has upgraded navigation computer.
All in all it has been a great, fast, powerful car.
This was emailed to me by a potential buyer today--

Good Morning Jim

I viewed your 2000 BMW on Thursday

Technicians from Bimmer and New United discussed the vehicle and agree on the timing chain guide repair

Both believe there to be no valve or engine damage.

They are in agreement that the repair cost are in the $2000
