This vehicle is for sale by owner, a dual income no kids household, that owns multiple vehicles and obsess over their condition. We purchased it in November 2013 as an off-lease vehicle. This X5 has never missed a service date and is routinely maintained at a tighter interval than the BMW dealership recommends. All service and repair records are available to the buyer.
This is our fourth BMW. Having owned and enjoyed BMWs for years, we have discovered that their maintenance cycle is very predictable. This vehicle has been no exception. Fortunately, we've already paid for the more expensive anticipated repairs at the 90k-100k mileage mark.If you are considering other X5's in this mileage range, be sure to ask the seller for service records proving this same list of items have already been completed.

• Water pump and thermostat replaced (2015 @ 76k miles).
• Engine serpentine belt, roller pulleys and tensioners (2016 @ 91k miles).
• Tires (2016 @ 91k miles; Micheline LTX Premier).
• Drive Shaft (BMW recall, 2016 @ 91k miles).
• Coolant expansion tank replaced (2016 @ 94k miles).
• Intake manifold, associated senders and seals (2017 @ 96k miles).

The vehicle drives like brand new - no exaggeration. It handles supremely in the rain and ice with its AWD and new tires. All systems, aside from the rear heated seats, work perfectly. We never had the rear heated seats repaired because, frankly, no one ever rides back there (see aforementioned DINK household status). The seats are in excellent condition - no signs of wear at all - and they are very comfortable (and heated). The cold weather package is fantastic and will be welcomed by anyone who commutes on a cold morning.

Why are we selling? We've ordered a new vehicle and the driveway and garage are full! We seek to sell the X5 before the new one arrives!
