1985 BMW 3-Series 325E Description

1985 BMW 325E in fair condition. The car runs and drives great. It has new water pump, timing belt, timing belt tensioner and idler pulley, new spark plugs & wires, rotor, distributor cap, fan, fan clutch, thermostat and housing (with coolant flushed), new front calipers and rubber brake line, new rear brake pads and all lines were flushed of old fluid, new battery with disconnect switch, new spare tire (full size on BMW rim), oil and air filters, stainless headers.
I bought this as a project and job one was to get it road ready. That is pretty much done, however it could still use a few suspension bushings etc to make it like new. The real work will be the interior which is stripped. Most panels and headliner can be gotten on ebay and Scat Procar seats make adapters to put new race seats in. Paint will need to be redone. It was originally silver, painted blue in the late 90's with Imron paint. It is now scratched and peeling in spots.
Overall it is a good car but it will need some work to be really nice again. Sunroof motor works, all driving lights, horn work. It will need a new Idle Air Control valve because the pins broke off. However, the wires were connected directly to the wire from the harness so it runs fine (just has butt connectors instead of the OEM Duetsch connector). If you have any questions please ask! Included parts (not installed): pair of front hubs, pair of front drilled and slotted rotors, drivers side A-arm, rear seat is not pictured but goes with the car (cloth is in bad shape but frame is good and can be recovered).
