THIS 2006 BMW 330CI IS A USED VEHICLE AND THE VIDEO ABOVE DISPLAYS THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE CLEANED AND CHECKED BY A LOCAL MECHANICANYREPAIRS THAT WERE NEEDED HAVE BEEN COMPLETED (THEINVOICE IS AVAILABLE BELOW IN DEC 2016.) IN THE PAST FOUR YEARS THE VEHICLE HAS HAD THE OIL CHANGED EVERY 5,000 MILES WITH MOBIL ONE SYNTHETIC. NEW TIRES WHERE INSTALLEDFOR THE FRONT INLATE 2014AND NEW TIRES WHEREINSTALLED FOR THE REAR IN 2015. ALSO A NEW BATTERY WAS INSTALLEDIN 2015.IN 2016 THE MAINTENANCE LIGHT TURNED ON,THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED ON A DIAGNOSTIC COMPUTER; THE CODE REVEALED A FAULTY GAS CAP.OUR MECHANIC CORRECTED THE PROBLEM BY PURCHASING A NEWBMW GAS CAP.THE GAS CAP WASREPLACED ANDSINCE THEN THE MAINTENANCE LIGHT HAS NOT TURNED BACK ON.

THIS BMW HAD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT JUST EXPIRED IN DEC 2016.

ALL MAJOR REPAIRS WERE DONE AT THE BMW DEALER UNDER THE WARRANTY YOU WILL FIND ALL OF THE BMW SERVICE INVOICES BELOW.

Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us. If you don't follow up on your purchase you will be reported to Ebay's Safe Harbor and we will submit your user name to Ebay's Non-paying Bidder program. If you bid you must be ready to buy if you are the winning bidder. ONLY BID IF YOU ARE A REAL BUYER AND YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OLD. NON-PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.

Inspection terms: If bidder wishes to inspect vehicle it must be done before placing a bid and must contact us for an appointment. If buyer is going to use a third party it must be a licensed company. If using a third party all cost for inspection must be paid by bidder in advance before inspection. When you bid that means that you are satisfied with vehicle and understand if you are the winning bidder you must follow the terms of sale.

Terms of Sale: At the end of auction the buyer must contact the seller via phone within 24 hours of the end of auction. A deposit must send to via PAYPAL.COM as soon as the winning bidder received the email that is sent by paypal.com. Buyers must send $500.00 deposit to guaranteed the purchase. At this time the car will be on hold and we will prepare vehicle for shipping or pickup. The balance due must be received by the seller within 5 days after end of auction. The vehicle must be paid in full via Money Order/Cashiers Check or wire transfer to our bank account before shipping the vehicle.

Once payment is received by seller will proceed to ship the vehicle.

NOTE: Buyer Pays Actual Shipping Cost.

Residents of the state of Florida must pay for tax and tag and title transfer. Out of state buyer must pay sales tax and temp tag. If they we would like to drive the car home. No sales tax needs to be paid in Florida if you have the car shipped out of state via a transport company.

Register the Vehicle: If you are from out of the state you must register the vehicle in your state within 30 day from pickup. seller is not responsible to register in your state.. If your state has inspections for Emissions, Safety or any other inspections. The seller is not liable or responsible for any fees or any delays on getting inspection done in your state. The buyer must be aware of any laws that there state may have on register a vehicle. It is solely up to the buyer to inform themselves before biding on this vehicle.

Bidders: All bidder must read and understand the rules of Ebay and understand all for the terms of this auction before bidding so at the time there is a winning bidder. That person is ready and can follow the steps to make payment in full plus be ready to pay for actual cost if shipping vehicle. Shipping: the seller is not liable for any delays in shipping or if there is any damage done the to vehicle by transporter. All buyers that have a vehicle shipped are responsible to verify the bill of landing at time of delivery to make sure that there is no new damage that is not shown on the bill of landing. If there is a problem the buyer must make a note on bill of landing and contact the home office of the transport company to make a calm with the cargo insurance

Pickup the car yourself to drive home: If you plan on pickup the Vehicle and driving it home you must arrive before 12 PM Monday thru Friday and be ready to pay sales tax and temp tag fees at the tag agency after you have paid for the car in full. We will drive you over to tag agency for you to get the temp tag to drive home.

Financing: the seller is not responsible for finding financing for the buyer. If you bid on the vehicle that means that you have finding ready to pay for the vehicle in full within 7 days for the end of auction. If you are financing the vehicle. It is your responsible to verify that your bank will fund the loan with a private seller. To be safe before you bid contact your bank and give them the VIN number of the vehicle and tell them the type of title the vehicle has and also the mileage. That way they will be able to verify the information of the vehicle and be able to verify your loan... We do not refund deposit because you were unable to complete the loan process.
