2009 BMW 3-Series Sport Package Description

No additional inspections are needed! We do not know why the title was reconstructed. We purchased this vehicle in Arizona from another trusted dealer while we were on a family vacation. The engine runs solid, no noises or hesitations during acceleration. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. Non-smoker! 19" performance style staggered wheels.All four tires are brand name tires, and have about 90% tread remaining.

The front-end parts are original factory parts and have VIN stickers. The car drives straight and does not pull. It has no oil leaks and no vibrations at high speeds.The body is in all around great condition. The interior is in equally all around great condition, everything works as it should and it is clean.Mechanically this BMW is in decent shape with nothing negative to report. Just push the button, drive and enjoy.

Payment Methods

Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. For your convenience, the deposit can bemade through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Wecan assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 424-254-7164 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. European Auto Alliance, has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. European Auto Alliance welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback ratingmust email us or call us prior to bidding. If we do not have contact with you within 24 hours of your bid itwill be cancelled.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact European Auto Alliance within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
