2006 BMW 3-Series Base Wagon 4-Door Description

Clean Touring with Sport seats, trim, and wheel. 6 speed manual transmission. Rare combination. Hopefully you can evaluate the condition from the pictures, it is a clean well looked after car. Some of the pictures the car is dirty (sorry). Car spent its life in California until I brought it to the east coast less than a year ago.
Issues:I have only 1 key. Power locks work along with access features of the fob however the fob battery is dead. They are expensive keys, if its a deal breaker, I will get a 2nd fully functional key.Check engine light on: I had it scanned and it is a result of the aftermarket air box. Stock air box included. Airbag light on: The driver's seat was replaced with a newer seat. The seat does not have the airbag in it (I was told by dealer upon inspection). I found this out after disconnecting the battery and then the airbag, seatbelt, and Tire Pressure sensor lights came on. I do not know how to get them to turn off, short of visiting the dealer. The car leaks a very small amount of oil. I add 1 quart of mobile1 every >2500 miles. Not much oil but it appears to be coming from near the cylinder head at the front. All of the above issues do not impact the reliability in my opinion, but worth mentioning if you cannot view the car before bidding.
Clutch replaced 13K miles ago, water pump 30k ago, battery 7k miles ago, front tires 7k miles ago, front brake rotors/pads 2k miles ago. Rear tires have ~10k miles or so of life remaining. I do not have a more comprehensive maintenance history, sorry.
It is a great car, I will be sad to be without it. Too many cars/trucks/bikes now. I'll throw in a free smart car from the U.K. also, if you want another project.
Installed a trailer hitch, it has never been used. It has a Remus catback exhaust. I do not keep the exhaust tips on, I put them on for some of the pictures, they are included, not installed.
