We see many sellers on eBay selling "salvage" vehicles, which are far inferior to our "rebuilt" vehicles. In order to receive a "rebuilt" title, DMV must thoroughly inspect the car and find it to be in road-worth condition. Salvage cars need this inspection before they can be registered.
