2002 BMW 3-Series M3 Description

I'm selling my 2002 E46 BMW M3. It is black on black (leather) with SMG swapped to manual transmission with $500 speed shifter and in great condition. I have owned the car for about 3 years now and have not had any trouble with it while keeping up with the maintenance when needed. I have a whole list of things that have been added or modified on the car but didn't spend the time typing them all in. I can get you a better list if you're truly interested. Active Autowerke in Florida supercharged the car and put the methanol injection kit on and can provide all receipts and part numbers.

The guy that owned the car before I did replaced the engine that was originally in the car with a 2007 S54 engine (16,000 miles when put in...) before he supercharged it because he wanted a lower mileage and better engine that would be more reliable than the stock higher mileage one. The car has about 112209k miles on it, but the 2007 engine only has about 50k miles on it. I have the dyno sheet somewhere and can dig it up if you're interested in seeing it. After the supercharger kit was put on and the car was tuned, it produced over 500 RWHP which calculates out to be a little over 600 HP on the motor. Disclosures:

The Sun roof came off the track and needs to be re aligned. I will Include about $600 in new parts for you to repair.

You will be responsible for knowing someone one to smog this car as I have had to pay about $150 a year under the table smog because of magnitude of modification parts.

Shifter works perfect but I have yet to hook the return springs so event though the shifter seems sloppy I assure you that is is rock solid and shifts hard and fast. You will just need to find 2-3 return springs if you care bout that feel. I like it the way it is so its up to you. Super cheap and easy $10 fix.

Driver side door only opens with key not alarm for some reason these cars have an acuator that goes out so your want to budget for that. Passenger door opens fine with key and fob.

This is just a quick list of the things that have been modified on the car. As you can see, top of the line parts were used on the car and quite a bit of money was spent building it.
