Selling my Absolutely Gorgeous 2001 E39 BMW M5. Only 64,916 miles. Texas car! Very rare LeMans Blue paint with Caramel leather. No expense was spared to maintain this car. Loads of service records available. All service was performed by Sports Car Repair in Houston, one of the premier eurocar mechanic shops in town. If the car needed anything the green light was given to do it. There is less than 1,000 miles on the new cluth. A trans reseal, diff service and factory Castrol 10-60 oil service were also performed at this time. Tires are 80% matching Bridgstone Potenza.
Car has custom 19" BB5 wheels. There is not a scratch or scuff on them. They are perfectly straight. This car is smooth as glass all the way to the speed limiter. Also the car has H & R Springs and Koni performance struts. A late model M coupe short throw shifter has been installed and it's the best I've ever used. This M5 drives as tight as can be, no shaking and straight as an arrow, no warning lights on not even a TPMS light and all the pixels are perfect. The seats look incredible (like new). Car is NON-SMOKER, all-weather mats have been used inside and original carpet mats are in trunk. Original window sticker, brochure and all manuals are all included. As well as the original purchase order. I have 2 keys and a valet. Car has a Clean Carfax Report.
Here is the bad (and it's not that bad). 1. Passenger fog light lens is cracked. 2. The black trim around the pocket on the middle console is cracking (see pic). 3. If you lay on the ground and look at the bottom of the front spoiler there are scuff marks. 4. Passenger cup holder does not stay in. 5. There is a door ding (no paint damage) on the right rear door (really it's hardly noticeable). 6. The right quarter panel was refinished some years ago (there is an invoice for it).
