Here is a 2006 BMW 330i e90. It has 123,416 miles and an automatic transmission with the Sport Package. This was a local trade in to me for a Minivan! Kids ruin all the fun. I love e46’s but I will have to say the e90’s are a huge upgrade performance and comfortability wise over the e46. The 330i runs and drives great and is a pleasure to drive. It has upgraded brake pads and rotors to cross drilled which have about 50 miles on them. I have been driving it for about 2 months now and haven’t had a single issue. It’s PA inspected - Safety and Emissions- until 11/17. I just had both Airbag recalls done at BMW. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the market for an E90.
Mechanical:
The 330i is in great mechanical condition. The engine sounds great and the transmission shifts perfect. I’ve never had a check engine light on and all the monitors are set. It has the sport package and has the 18in sport wheels. All of the control arms, tires, and battery were replaced last fall by the previous owner. I just had it looked over when the airbag recall and was told its a very good car by BMW! It has an extremely slight shimmy at 60-80 mph after the rotors were put on. This should correct itself after they wear in a little. Its not leaking anything. The brakes & rotors are basically new the whole way around along with the tires. It does have 2 “light bulb” warnings for the Halo light bulbs, auto adjust and the side markers. The side markers have led bulbs in and was told this i why there is an error sometimes. It needs 2 bulbs for the Halo lights and you would need to put 2 regular bulbs in the side markers but they are working and it is intermittent and common when LEDS are used.
Interior:
The interior is in good shape and is pretty clean. It has the sport package - seats and steering wheel. The one extension on the passenger seat stays out. The front seats have a little wear - no rips or tears- See Pics & Video. All of the options work in the car: AC, Windows, Locks, etc. The door seals on the driver side have a little wear. I have 2 keys for the 330i and the owners manual. Again please look at all pictures and the video.
Exterior:
The exterior is in good shape. It has a few little dings that fits its age. It does have a small dent on the driver side hood- see pics & video. the headlights are a little hazy. The rims do have a little wear on them. The paint shines good and overall looks good. Please look at all of the pictures and watch the video for close ups of the exterior.
Overall this is a nice BMW. It’s not Flawless but very nice and runs great! These e90’s are a definitely an upgrade over the e46!
