DISCLAIMER: All advertised prices exclude any Federal/State government taxes, title and transfer fees, plate/tag fees, and registration fees (fees include but are not limited to doc prep, smog, CA Tire, shipping/delivery charges, APR/lender/finance charges, other applicable fees).

Taxes and Registration fees:Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. CA residents will be charged the necessary Federal, State, Government, Taxes and DMV Fees as outlined by the law. There is a mandatory doc prep fee of $65 per vehicle, and $58.25 for Emissions related fees ($50 for smog testing and $8.25 for smog certification).

Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by bank wire, or certified/cashier's check, DM Exportz reserves the right to hold titles until funds have cleared beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.DM Exportzwill help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Transit by truck will usually include limited insurance; overseas transport will require additional insurance.

We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided byDM Exportzas a courtesy. DM Exportz is not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not withDM Exportz

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination for the continental United States; shipping varies on international deliveries.

Finalizing your Purchase:

DM Exportz will contact the successful high bidder after the auction closes; but bidders are encouraged to contact DM Exportz in advance should they have any questions about the vehicle or the buying process

Successful high bidders MUST communicate with Daniel at DM Exportzbycalling/texting Daniel at 516-660-7000 or emailing dm@dmexportz.com within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 72 hours, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure the winning bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller (DM Exportz) a Non Refundable Deposit in the amount of $1,000 by major Paypal/credit card, cash in person or, wire/bank certified funds/cashier?s check; or make other arrangements with DM Exportz. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by the agreed upon methods as previously mentioned to Seller (DM Exportz).

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST email a copy of their State issued valid Driver Licens or international identification (passport required for international buyers) to dm@dmexportz.com. If buying in a business name, business documents will be required as well, for both a US domestic or international business based outside of the US. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all required paperwork must be signed, returned, and completed to DM Exportz, in addition to DM Exportz confirming that the funds have cleared beyond a shadow of a doubt, and no fraud has occurred on the part of the Buyer.
