2011 BMW 1-Series 135i M-Sport Description

I am selling my 2011 BMW 135i DCT M-Sport. Ithas low mileage (17,709 miles), not winter driven or smoked in. I am the original owner and drove it out of the show room in Calgary. This car is clean and also a sleeper that will shut down many V-8s. Recent dyno showed 357 HP at the rear wheels - translated to over 400 HP at crank. Driven at Castrol raceway street legal on May 12th have run times of 13.5 seconds at 106 MPH - had a lot of tire spin with slicks this car is easily under 13 second car.
As stock options:
Premium Package, Excutive Package, Premium Sound, M-Sport, Metallic Colour, 7-Speed Double Clutch Transmission. Black Boston Leather power lumbar heated seats.
All warranty and recall items completed at Calgary BMW - have all bills - nothing was outstanding when car went off warranty.

Power: Vargas Turbo Upgrade - larger turbo internals and bearing $6000 USD .
BMW power up kit - additional oil cooler - fog light delete
AFE cold air intake
7" ETS intercooler and charge pipe - with port for methanol (not used) $1000 USD
Bavarian Autosport High Output Coils and new spark plugs at 24,200 Kilometers
Cobb Access Port II with custom tune for Vargas turbo consistently delivers up to 24.5 LBS boost. Access port also can read and reset most trouble codes.
Catless down pipe - AFE rear exhaust and custom fitted resonator - car is not loud unless driven aggressively - it sounds good - no drone.
VAC Motorsports supplied Quaife Posi rear end $3200 USD- new pod came from BMW Germany so we ordered lower 2.81 gear ratio from a diesel
Handling - K-W Variant 1 coil overs - Eibach sway bars front and back. Cisco strut race. Wheel alignments at Tunerworks
Brakes - stainless lines, Stoptech slotted and drilled, Stoptech Street performance pads front and rear. rotors fitted with Turner Motorsport track wheel studs and lug nuts - stronger than stock and easier to change wheels
Wheels Falken Azenis 245 on front and 265 on rear - mounted on ENKEL five spoke wheels- installed at 24,200 KM- like new
Looks - carbon fiber lip and rear BMW OEM CF defuser - rear colour matched spoiler, black grills, high output angle eyes.
I have all bills for parts and work - over 13K USD in extras plus labor
and will update add as I sort through them I have all original equipment including M Sport wheels, exhaust, and intake that I will include in price - I am not looking for a trade and I wont answer low ball offers - the car is fun to drive so if it does not go - oh well - at least my wife will think I tried. call or text is fine. Car was rear ended at 10 KPH ?? their licence plate left marks on rear bumper wrap and original carbon fiber defuser. all replaced and repainted using OEM parts and upgraded CF defuser- I have those bills, work scope, and photos from rear ending and complete receipts for all work.
