2007 BMW 5-Series 530xit Wagon Description

I am selling our 2007 BMW 530 XIT Wagon. I purchased this car in 2012 when our daughter was born and we needed something with a bit more room than my BMW M coupe! I found this car under a CPO from Classic BMW of Denton with 75,000 miles. I flew down to Dallas, TX and drove it back and it has been a great car ever since.

I really hate to sell the car for the reasons I bought - it has great handling/brakes/acceleration, fantastic ride quality/comfort, and more cargo space than an X5. BMW's X-Drive AWD system along with heated seats and heated steering wheel make it a joy to drive all year long. Add in that it will get 30MPG on the highway and it is just an ideal all-around vehicle.

Unfortunately, fast forward three years and we are now expecting our third child; and I simply cannot get three car seats to fit well across the back seat; so it appears I am doomed to minivan-dom in the near future.

The car is clean and in excellent condition inside and out; It has been well-maintained and has no known issues. It has a clean title and history with no accidents and only two minor incidents; the first was a minor bump from vehicle backing into the front bumper while parked; the second was vandalism to the drivers side while parked in a lot. It has parking distance sensors, XM satelite radio, Bluetooth, Winter package, HID headlights - it is a very nice car.

We are located ~45 minutes southeast of downtown Chicago and are usually available should you want to check the car out.
