Here is a beautiful 1988 BMW M3 that is in excellent condition! The E30 M3 is arguably one of the most important cars produced in BMWs history. The E30 M3 has earned legendary status amongst the entire car world and specifically, enthusiasts. The M3 presented is an extremely rare Japanese spec car. Japanese spec cars are one of the rarest spec versions of the standard M3 and are nearly identical to the US versions. According to my research they are essentially US spec cars but with a KM gauge cluster. This beautiful car was delivered as new as a Japanese spec car not as a car that was converted. This M3 is in remarkable shape both mechanically and cosmetically. The exterior of the car is in beautiful shape and has beautiful paint and trim. The interior is in excellent condition as well. The car has also been treated to a very desirable EVO2 engine rebuild which raises the power about another 30 or so horsepower. I myself, have worked for BMW for close to 10 years and have been an avid enthusiast of these cars for about 20 years... I have driven many of these cars and this car by far and away is one of the nicest driving E30 M3s I have ever driven! This car is powerful, solid and a phenomenally handling car. This car feels extremely tight. The EVO2 engine rebuild really transforms this car and gives it just the right amount of power. It is a significant difference in power vs the standard spec engine. The beauty of the EVO2 spec engine is, it is a factory designed upgrade and therefore idles exactly like it should and has no bad habits. The car runs as smooth as a BMW should!

This car is absolutely rust free and in beautiful condition! The car shows remarkably well for its age (almost like a brand new car) with just a couple of minor rock chips etc... Exterior: The exterior of this M3 is in beautiful condition! This is a factory Alpine White car and is one of the most desirable colors for the E30 M3. The paint is in beautiful condition and the body is absolutely rust free. We have put the car on a lift and photographed the underside so you can see the solid factory floor pans and sills. All of the exterior trims is in excellent condition as well. It is truly remarkable how clean this car is especially considering it is almost 30 years old!

Interior: The interior of this car is in excellent shape as well showing only very minor wear. The car has had the front seats replaced with a great set of Recaro seats which actually match the original upholstery pretty well. The interior is free of rips and tears as well as stains and odors. The dash looks to be crack and split free and all of the gauges are in great working order. The interior of this car presents very well and will surely make its new owner very happy.

Engine: The powerful S14 E30 M3 engine has been fully rebuilt recently to EVO2 specs by RESKO in Japan at 109k KMs. This engine upgrade makes a significant difference. Standard M3s take a fair amount of "wringing out" to keep up with modern cars, however the added horsepower and torque of the EVO2 engine upgrade really transforms this car! This car starts up and drives extremely smooth and the car is an absolute blast to drive. The transmission shifts perfectly through all the gears and the shifter throws are solid and firm without any excessive play. The brakes stop the car with ease and the car has been treated to Bilstien suspension. The AC does blow cold and has recently been overhauled as well. The A/C does run on R134a. Overall, this is the best driving E30 I have ever driven. The car feels incredibly tight an responsive. This car is an absolute blast to drive!
