1970 BMW 2800 Bavaria Sedan Description

This is a well preserved example of BMW's "125 mile per hour all day long" luxury sedan. Very rare - I researched that only 1700+/- were imported to the US as a test run. The following year they introduced this car as the Bavaria.Original miles, no rust, dash in perfect shape, registered and inspected and on the road. Lot's of mechanical work done over the 5 years I've owned it - tires, brakes, brake lines, shocks, bushings, belts, electronic ignition, etc.- nothing cosmetic.A 5-Speed Getrag OD Gearbox and all associated (correct) parts installed by Vintage Sports and Restoration of Bow NH (Nationally recognized Vintage BMW specialists).This is an incredibly solid vehicle - a real beauty to the right collector. Unfortunately, I put less than 300 miles a year on this - and she needs more love than that! I have set a very reasonable reserve - well below what I have invested in it.I can take very specific photos upon request and answer anything specific to the best of my ability.
