Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Unique Car Guy, LLC has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year, and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Unique Car Guy, LLC welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned and at times, a vehicle may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.

The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition. Ask for details. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller.

If you are planning on bidding or doing a "Buy it Now", you must have your funds or financing secure before placing your bid.

The winning bidder must contact the seller (Unique Car Guy, LLC) within 24 hours of winning this bid to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or email.

The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $2000 non-refundable deposit required via PayPal to start transaction. Then, the buyer has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After the 7 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis.

All Ebay deals must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.

Utah residents must add sales tax, and titling fees.

$99 documentary fee added to all deals, out of state purchasers are required to pay applicable taxes and titling fees in their home state.

Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid.

No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Title Information:

Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles may be held up to 10 days if payment is made via cashier’s check or 3rd party loan check or draft.

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Unique Car Guy will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $1,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Unique Car Guy, LLC as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Unique Car Guy, LLC

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Additional Requirements:

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller.
