2004 BMW 5-Series Description

This was my everyday driver. Car rides very good. It has been a constant deliverer of my parent back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic twice a week which is over a 2 hour drive one way from Columbus, Ohio to Cleveland, Ohio. The reason for me getting rid of the car is not due to the mileage. On April 9, 2017 I put gas in it and it went .6 miles and shut off I knew it had to be the gas this car has no issues, after getting it checked out it was the water from the gas station. Well over $4700.00 later it was working great, oh I also had Kelly BMW put in a new thermostat it was in the shop for over 3 weeks. Today June 2, 2017 I was driving home from work and a white cloud of smoke came out the tail pipes. Kelly BMW told me that due to the miles that the Oil Pressure Sensor is not sending oil to where it has to go it needs replaced. It has new oil in it but it is not flowing.
This car is a dream to drive I just can not afford the time and effort at this point I have a sick parent that I guardianship over and with work, FMLA and getting him to Cleveland I can not take the stress of repairing it. Please do the carfax you will see the car has been taken car of.
Things that were just fixed due to the water in the gas tank:
DISA Valve
New Fuel Filter
Spark Plugs
Replaced oil drain hose
Thermostat
The only other problem that I have had with the car is a known BMW issue with the CCC (Radio), it goes out from time to time and reboots. Also the Passenger restraint/Airbag light is on, which needs the passenger by-pass put on it under the passenger seat which on Ebay I see for $53.00. I was told by Kelly BMW not to drive it so I had it towed from the dealership.
It has: heated leather seats, heated leather steering wheel, fog lights, sunroof, CD/Navigation and more it's all luxury.
I will be posting the car on local advertisements such as Craigslist and Facebook. So I do have the right to take it off of Ebay at anytime should it sale before the auction is over.
