"Totaled” is not really a term used in this industry. There are different types of titles issued to damaged vehicles and they do not necessarily mean that the vehicle cannot be repaired or will never be fit for road use again. Typically, the only title brands that would imply that a vehicle is non-repairable are "Parts-Only, "Junk”, and "Not for Reconstruction”.

Often insurance company's will issue a salvage title to any vehicle that is not repaired and returned to the original customer. This could be for any number of reasons such as the non-availability of parts for repairs needed, a customers rejection of a vehicle after repairs are completed, and in most cases is due to over-inflated insurance estimates of needed repairs .

A salvage title will be issued by the Motor Vehicle Commission

In most states there are certain steps that must be taken before you can legally register and drive the vehicle. You the buyer are responsible for these steps. We can guide you thought the process but please note each state differs.

Taxes and Registration fees:

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Payment Methods:

Cash (In Person Only), Certified Bank Checks, Bank Transfers, or Loan Checks. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The highest bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours to closing of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits must be made through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due:

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of closing of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
