2010 BMW 5-Series Description

Representing this car for a friend who inherited recently. Having been in the car business for over 23 years, here is what I know needs to be reconditioned or attended to if I were purchasing it. Hood has rock chips (pics shown) and car needs to be buffed or "cut" with a buffer by someone who knows what he is doing.Will need new tires within about 5-10k miles and that will run a grand easily. Service light not on but did indicate will need servicing soon so the 90 k service is probably due. Front right yellow reflector trim piece is half cracked but no dents so could order a new one and replace. Final known defect is about a quarter sized touched up spot across rear bumper that could be repaired better by a touch up or paint guy that works mostly for dealerships. Title in hand and ready to go. Not a distress sale....just would like it out of her driveway as soon as possible but not giving it away either. Here's the deal. Can be seen and test driven (with me in it) by appointment only.
