2008 BMW X5 4.8i - LOW Miles – LOADED - Single Owner – RARE OPTIONS – Excellent!

2008 BMW X5 Description

Up for sale if my wife’s "black metallic sapphire" BMW X5 with the large V8 engine. It has a gray interior and many rare options including the expensive Sports Package (with 20” wheels/tires), Premium Package, Technology Package, heated steering, rear privacy shades, adaptive cruise and active steering, rear climate control, Bluetooth keyless entry/start, panorama sunroof, etc. If I forgot any options then they are probably there, because we had to wait a prolonged period of time to special order it “loaded”. The only two options we didn’t get are the third row seat (we thought it was safer to have a spare tire and extra storage instead) and the running boards. The SUV is low to the ground so we didn’t find them useful, and if anything the test care we drove with them made the back of my wife’s pant legs dirty. The headlight “angel eyes” are also upgraded to the newer white LED version to match the headlights. Because of the long wait time, our BMW dealership added additional window tinting and a high-performance Remus exhaust on it. My wife didn’t care for the exhaust, but it was $1500 and does not add any additional exhaust noise compared to the original. I’m not sure how much additional horsepower it gives.

The vehicle has only 86,000 miles. We bought it brand new from the dealer (single owner). It has never been in any accidents and has never needed any serious repairs. It has a completely clean Carfax and title. There is nothing majorly wrong with the outside or inside of the vehicle. We took care of it and never abused it while driving. Even the leather looks new because my wife always used a seat cover when driving it. The floor mats are original BMW ones, but they are extras we bought so we wouldn’t mess up the originals. The “Sports Package” all-black mats are still new in the box and will go to the new owner.

We have always spent the extra money to make sure it was serviced regularly and we always use the recommended full-synthetic oil. Besides oil changes, maintenance was always done at a BMW dealership. My wife and I are both physicians. We are honest people and we even took this car to our BMW dealership recently to get it serviced and inspected before we listed it for sale. We have the condition report print out that BMW gave. Their only recommendation was to replace both rear tires, which we did a week ago. The front tires were both recently replaced already.

My wife and I work 6 days a week, so we are looking for serious buyers only. We priced this low to avoid any negotiations. We are hoping for a quick sale, because we know it will be very difficult finding a used one at this price that is in as good condition. We also prefer to sell this to an individual who will take care of it like we did. It is very fast so it is not recommended for younger drivers. We really enjoyed it but we don’t have a use for it anymore. We would keep it but we moved from Houston to a ranch in Waco. My wife recently got a Lexus LX, which fits us better since it has a little more off-road capability.
