2001 BMW Z3 2.5i Description

You are bidding on a 2001 BMW Z3 2.5i, with the torquey M-54 six cylinder, 5 speed manual transmission, and 81,800 miles.
This car is owned and maintained by a BMWCCA member and it is in absolutely beautiful condition. It is as clean underneath as it is on top. I don't think this car has ever been driven in the rain. It still has the factory chalk marks on the under side.
The rare Sienna Red paint is all original and was a $650 option when new.
The car runs excellent.

Within the past thousand miles, I have changed the engine oil (Mobil 1 0W-40 European spec), transmission oil (Redline D4), and Amsoil 75W-140 for the rear differential.

The brakes are new with Brembo pads and new German made rotors, and I flushed the brake fluid.

New driveshaft flex disc (Guibo) and driveshaft center bearing, along with a new fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator assembly and new air filter.

The wheels and tires are in excellent condition.

Everything works on this car, including the air conditioning, power windows, power top, and the original BMW stereo. I would not hesitate to drive it from one side of the country to the other and then back again.

The car is currently registered and I have a clear Connecticut title in my name.

I am currently shopping for a BMW wagon. If you are selling one that is in comparable condition, perhaps we can make a deal.

The car is located in Connecticut and must be picked up within seven days of the close of the auction.

I have shipped cars in the past and can assist with shipping if necessary, though the winning bidder will be responsible for all shipping costs. I encourage you to see and drive this car before bidding.

Deposit of $500 by PayPal is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Cleared payment in full due within seven days of the close of the auction.

Should the winning bidder prefer to make full payment through a verified PayPal account, any PayPal fees on the remaining balance (after the $500 deposit) shall be the responsibility of the winning bidder. I will not release the car or the title until I have received cleared payment in full.
