2013 BMW 1-Series 128i Description

2013 BMW 128i23K MilesIncredible Car / Incredible Price!
I just bought a 535iGT (yes, I know they look like BMW's version of a Honda Crosstour- I like it anyway... :)). My wife has told me that a car has got to go. I've always wanted a 1 Series. I agree with one review I read that said that this might be one of the most collectible, affordable BMW's. I've owned more German cars than I can remember and the 1 Series is the car that reminded me why I fell in love BMW's. In high school my best friend had a yellow '69 2002. The first time I drove it realized what the car magazines were talking about when they used the term "sport sedan." Later on in life, I bought a white 1981 320i- the S model with those cool BBS wheels. Again, I've had a lot of BMW's since then, but, the 1 Series is what reminded me most of what a BMW was and is.
So... even though I didn't need one, I bought one. Unfortunately, with my new 535iGT in my life (and my unwillingness to sell my '08 Range Rover- great vehicle!) the 1 series has got to go.
This car is not a museum piece. It is finished in Sapphire Black Metallic, which is so much cooler than black. Their is a ding in the front spoiler that will either bug you enough to fix it, or, you'll realize that on sporty cars with sporty spoilers, dinging it is par for the course, and you'll live with it. There are a few surface scratches in the car and a small ding or two. I just had the car in to BMW and had a major service. As part of that, I proactively had them replace all six engine ignition coils and all six spark plugs. They told me that there is small leak from the valve cover gasket. It isn't dripping oil, and, it isn't sufficient to require adding oil between changes. I'm open to the idea of getting this fixed for the new buyer.
The car has Sirius/HD radio, Gorgeous Anthracite Wood Interior Trim, Dual Power Seats, Moon roof, Homelink review mirror, etc.
This car has a rebuilt title. I bought it locally in Utah, and they showed me a picture of the car before it was repaired after it was in an accident. It was in the front and didn't involve the airbag, the windshield, etc. Frankly, it is not nearly as bad as the front end damage I had when I hit a deer last year in another car. The car functions perfectly.
Please view my feedback and bid with confidence. I have been on eBay for a long time and I have been part of hundreds and hundreds of transactions as both a buyer and a seller. As part of that, I've bought and sold a fair number of big ticket items- including cars, motorcycles, and high-end musical instruments (maybe you can decode my username for a hint about my favorite guitar player...). I only want to sell to and buy from reasonable people. This is not a new car. :)
I will work with the buyer to coordinate shipping, which is at the buyers expense.
Thanks!
