2016 BMW 3-Series 320i Description

For Sale is a 2016 320i in absolutely flawless condition. It was bought last year at Global Imports BMW in Atlanta, GA by my father. Sadly, my father passed away about a month ago and my mother and I are selling his BMW to cover the payoff amount on the car note. It is currently being financed at BMW Financial Services under the BMW Owner's Choice program, so the title will have to be sent from the lien holder after you buy it.
My father cared deeply for all of the cars he'd ever owned. He always keeps his cars garaged and immaculate, and this 320i is no exception. When he bought it, it had about 7k miles. As he was a retiree, he only put 5k miles on it in the year that he had it.
The Carfax is of course flawless. The title is clear, just in the hands of BMW Financial. My mother is the executor of his estate. I'm assisting her by listing his BMW.
I work at BMW/MINI, and am a certified "Genius" (Don't worry, it's the title given to the employees who deliver cars to the new owners. We teach the owners how to use their cars.) of both brands. Please allow me to answer any questions you may have about the car. The financial transaction side will be handled by my Mother.
As this is a private sale, there are no ridiculous dealer fees to pay! Our "out-the-door" Buy It Now price includes no hidden costs. Additionally, as this is a private sale, you will have to secure your own outside financing if you wish to do so.
We will accept an bank/credit union/cashier's check, or cash in person of course. Any other form of payment is not acceptable. A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is to be made within 48 hours after the time of sale to my PayPal account. This $500 will of course go towards the final amount when you bring your cashier's check. This is necessary to weed out buyers who aren't serious.
If you wish to ship the car, the arrangements will have to be made by the buyer. The car is located in the suburbs of Marietta, GA.
