All vehicles are sold "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" with no warranty from the seller, expressed or implied. This is in full accordance with the laws of the State of Texas regarding motor vehicle sales.

I live out of state, but want to fly in and drive my new car back home.

Great! A majority of customers do this exact same thing. Please make arrangements to fly into DFW International Airport or Dallas Love Field. We will be more than happy to have you picked you up at the airport. Simply forward us your flight itinerary and we will be there waiting for you.

What if my car's not paid off?

That is no problem at all. In fact, most people still owe money on their current vehicle. We will trade in the vehicle as normal and we will handle paying off your car for you and dealing with the title work.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods: We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks or Wire Transfers, in US Dollars only.

Deposits: All Deposits are Non-Refundable. A deposit of 10% (minimum of $200) must be made within 3 business days of the auction close.

Payment of Balance: Payment in full must be received within 7 business days of auction close.

Fees & Taxes: Please note that all sales are subject to a $187 buyers fee, $125 doc fee and Vehicle Inventory Tax of 0.002158 (Ex: $10,000 = $21.58). Texas Residents will have to pay sales tax of 6.25%. Out of state buyers are responsible for their taxes in their own state.

We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with excessive negative feedback. All Sales are final, No-Returns. This transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, County Tarrant.
