2009 BMW 5-Series 535i xdrive Description

2009 BMW 535i V6 twin turbo x drive (awd) with the sport package and automatic/steptronic transmission. I'm the 3rd owner and have the complete service records from purchase at Murray BMW. All service has been done by Schomp BMW with the exception of Highlands Ranch Imports replacing water pump and thermostat ($1200), headlights, and doing a brake fluid flush/replacement, all within the last year. Also within the last year I lost a belt so when the belt and tensioner were replaced I had the whole engine compartment taken apart and cleaned along with the oil pan to make sure there was no left over debris. Service cost was $3700. I put 4 new tires on and a new battery in November which was about $1700 and it just had it's yearly oil change last week. After all the service within the last year, the car is mechanically in perfect condition. The interior is spotless and looks brand new. The car is in impeccable shape, but I have 3 vehicles and a Harley and could use some cash for a down payment for a house. $16,000 o.b.o.
