2011 BMW 1-Series 135i Description

Selling my 2011 BMW 135i M-Sport that includes a 100% transferable bumper-to-bumper warranty. Any mechanical issues short of routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.) are covered under the warranty.
I have all maintenance records since 40k miles when I purchased the vehicle. Clean Carfax.
My reason for selling is that I need something with more cargo space and four doors and I unfortunately can't justify owning two cars right now.

I have done several minor modifications to the car to either increase performance or increase reliability. These have not negatively effected the car or the warranty in any way.
Modification include:

Cobb accessport V3 (to read codes and increase engine performance)
Evolution Racewerks chargepipe (stock pipe has a tendency to crack and cause degraded engine performance, this solves the issue)
Evolution Racewerks Type III hard anodized black intercooler (stock cooler has trouble in hotter environments, this one is more efficient)
BMS oil catch can (keeps oil from the turbo system from being blown into the engine and gumming things up?
BMS cold air intake (increased airflow to engine for increased performance)
Full catback RPI quad exhaust system
Performance side skirts
Blackline LCI tail lights
