2011 BMW M3 Coupe Description

2011 M3 Coupe. Jerez Black with tan premium leather interior. Ideal for an enthusiast as it is equipped properly.47k miles.Never wrecked, never raced. Florida car, no salt, no snow, rust free. One owner (73 years old), non-smoker, dealer/owner maintained. Oil changes every 5k instead of the nonsense the factory specs.Competition package w/ 19" wheels, premium package 2, convenience package, extended Novillo extended leather, DCT, Nav, PDC, carbon fiber roof, gorgeous Sycamore Anthracite wood trim.
It was a daily driver for the first 3 years so it's not perfect, but it has been well taken care of and always garaged.
Some details I want to mention:
Starting with the bad:
There are 3 door dings: 2 on the passengers side one is on the door handle and the other is a light scuff (that could probably be buffed out) The drivers side one is near the rear wheel arch.
There are some etchings from bugs that I unfortunately cannot remove. I tried to take as many photos of any small defects as I could so as to accurately represent the car to you. Check dropbox link for more photos.
Overall it looks really good but know this was a daily driver for the first 3 years of life.
The good:
Non-smoker original owner.
The interior is fabulous. You can see in the photos as well. Extended Novillo leather, Sycamore Anthracite wood trim - perfection. Includes the WeatherTech floor mats which have been used since day one. No water and dirt loaded carpet in this car. Also included original BMW floor mats.
Mechanically the car is excellent. All service is up to date and she runs like a dream - always has.
The wheels are all original, never curbed (see photos). Just a few signs of normal wear and tear.
Think that's pretty much sums it up.
I wish we had more time for it, as it's really a treat to drive. I just don't want to see it sitting anymore however. It needs to be driven.Dropbox link with 40 photos:

Added info: Someone let me know that the autocheck is turning up that there is a lein on the title. This is incorrect. The car has been paid off since Aug. 2016. I have the title in hand.Also added a couple of photos detailing the condition of the tires and brakes which are as follows: Front tires are just about to the wear bars, rear tires look good with about 60% tread left. The brakes are really good and pads look to have 75% or more left on them. (Car never saw a course or hard driving). See photos.
