Up for sale is my 2000 BMW 328i. I bough this car 3 years ago for a great price and have since put a couple of thousand dollars into it. I replaced all the tires not too long ago (so about 90% tread remaining), as well as the battery, and radiator. I put about 25,000 miles on the car and until recently, it had been great. I always used synthetic oil and premium gas in this car.
The car overheated 2 times on the way back from the airport (SeaTac) and from what I can tell, the head gasket is blown. This being an extensive and expensive repair I thought to just cut my losses and sell it to someone with either the funds, or patience (or both) to fix it up.
The engine only has a little over 109,000 miles on it and before the gasket issue, was a beast.
Cosmetically I would say the car is in 7.5 out of 10 condition, with its faults being in the driver's seat, a few rock chips in the front, and the roof (which is faded from the sun) - all pictured. The rest of the leather seats and the interior are in 9/10 condition.
These being the circumstances with this car I am selling it starting at $0.99 with no reserve.
