2008 BMW 3-Series M3 Description

This is one of the top two or three E90 M3s on the market. Car is perfect, with less than 41k miles. I had the front and rear bumper sprayed by a BMW dealer to get rid of bug nicks on front and a small scrape on the back. There is a tiny visible spot on the windshield where I had a rock chip repaired. Car has all three option packages available in 2008: Tech, Premium, and Cold Weather. Tires have <3000 miles. Weather Tec floor mats included ($200). TireBelt rear-wheel drive snow traction belts ($350, never used) included. BMW factory roof rack and ski rack ($600) included.
Reason I'm selling is that I just moved to IN and have an hour commute every day. Gas mileage isn't all that bad, I generally get 16 mpg or so unless your running it hard. Evan so I couldn't see driving it over 600 miles a week.
Originally a NJ car, I bought it in KS in November 2014. I replaced a throttle actuator and the tires during the last three years; nothing else. Carfax shows an insurance claim for a rear-strike accident in KS in 2016, but there is no evidence of it now, no paint overspray or unpainted parts of replaced panels, so I think it was just the bumper.
