1994 BMW 3-Series 318i Description

This car is a daily driver and was running well with a valid inspection until starter failed recently. Sold as not running / handyman special, or for parts.
Current issues:

Needs starter solenoid ($100 + labor)
Bracket for AC belt tensioner
clips for door pulls on both front doors
Emergency brake seized
fog light brackets missing
quarter panels rusted and some plastic trim faded or damaged,driver’s seat seams busted.

Has a newwindshield and battery. Many other parts have been replaced over the years (water pump, transmission, rear bearings) Does not leak oil.
