2009 BMW 5-Series 535i xdrive Description

2009 BMW 535i xdrive (awd) turbocharged 6 cylinder sport package with automatic/steptronic transmission. I'm the 3rd owner but have complete service records from date of purchase. Service has been done by Schomp BMW with the exception of Highlands Ranch Imports replacing water pump and thermostat ($1200), headlights, and doing a brake fluid flush/replacement, all within the last year. Also within the last year I lost a belt so when the belt and tensioner were replaced I had the whole engine compartment taken apart and cleaned along with the oil pan to make sure there was no left over debris. Service cost was $3700. I put 4 new tires on and a new battery in November which was about $1700 and it just had it's yearly oil change last week. The car is mechanically in perfect condition. The interior looks brand new. The car is in impeccable shape from receiving over $7k in service within the year with the receipts to prove it. It's time to sell, I have 3 vehicles and a Harley but need cash for a house! As of 7/14/17 the lien has been paid and I have the title in hand.
